Jen graduated Summa
Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with writing and literature
degrees, which taught her nothing about screenwriting, but sure makes
people think she's smart.
After researching the screenwriting craft and falling on her face several times, Jen finally learned how to format a script. As a result, her scripts have won the Family Film Silver Prize in the Page International Screenwriting Awards, placed in the semifinals of Scriptapalooza, the quarterfinals of the Screenwriting Expo and the Fade In Awards, as well as the Top 1,000 of Project Greenlight 3.
Jen recently optioned her supernatural thriller "Remains" to Catchlight Films and is currently working on another script in the same genre, as well as another family film and a high-concept comedy.
